Cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice before any cancellation. We work in a time based industry. If a client cancels at the last minute, or fails to show for their appointment a stylist is left with an unused space of time. We also have a waiting list, so by cancelling at the last minute you are stopping another client using the space. We have the right to charge full price for an appointment cancelled at the last minute. We will do so if this happens repeatedly.

abusive behaviour 
We reserve the right to not feel intimidated at work.
we reserve the right to refuse a service, should the client be abusive, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or are seen to be talking to the staff in an abusive or aggresive manner. Should this happen, the client will be asked to leave, and failure to do so will result in calling the relevant authorities. 


Offers and vouchers.

Our packages come with their own terms and conditions, and can be found online on purchase of these, or ask our receptionist on purchase.

Our discounted gift vouchers can only be used on services, these cannot be used to buy products.

Only one discount/offer may be applied at any one visit.

You cannot use a voucher to buy a package.  

should the owner of the voucher or package fail to attend an appointment, the package or voucher will be forfeited and that service will be lost. 

Refund policy

We very rarely have complaints, but sometimes these things happen.. in the unlikely event that you do not like your hair, We do not offer any refunds on any service, however we guarantee that we can make you love your hair by doing it again for free, and will offer you a free service in the future! In the event of you not being happy with your hair, we will invite you back to the salon for us to look at your hair, find out what the problem is and of course fix it for free. We will NOT entertain this if you or any of your party are aggresive towards our staff. We will not discuss your hair with anybody else, so would appreciate talking to you alone, please do not bring spouses or partners along for this visit as we won't discuss any problems with them.  

If in the unlikely event you decide you don’t like your products purchased which were recommended by one of our stylists we will happily replace this with another product, a week after purchase. We can only offer a refund if a reasonable amount has been used. . We cannot offer refunds on any product that have been completely used or damaged.
